NECA just published its new NECA Guide to Temporary Power. This program covers the requirements according to OSHA and NFPA on providing safe, reliable power on construction sites and during renovations. It was developed to assist industry in understanding and applying these regulations concerning the use of temporary power.
This manual was developed to assist the industry in understanding and applying the personal protective requirements of NFPA 70E, "Standard for Electrical Safety in the Workplace". It was updated in 2015 to reflect the changes in NFPA 70E. NECA now has an APP for smart devices that allows a use to review this in the field or demonstrate these requirements to a customer.
