Federal, state and local government executives identify “good business management” initiatives that should continue, with or without modifications, in the next administration. These include those that foster better management practices affecting intergovernmental interactions. Help explore ideas and leading practices for continued C-Suite and program office collaboration/information sharing to realize the intended benefits of key capabilities and initiatives including shared services, adoption of the new circular A-123 and the related enterprise risk management practices, performance management, data analytics, and DATA Act adoption.
