When considering organizational change, many managers focus risk mitigation strategies on “known unknowns” that can be predicted and managed instead of the “unknown unknowns” that cannot. Participants will complete an exercise that challenges them to think about large-scale events and will interactively learn strategies for managing “unknown unknowns.”
