This program, developed by a group of senior fire instructor/officers, summarizes and simplifies the elements of fire officer leadership, management and supervision. The presenter was among the original group that developed the elements of the 10 Commandments. The elements come from various leadership and management courses and are easily remembered, practical, timeless and proven principles. Discussion will include the priority tenets of a successful fire officer; provide practical ways to remember key supervisory and leadership elements; and provide focal points by which attendees can evaluate their own leadership principles.
