The Engine Company: Building Fireground Efficiency

This class will discuss the four basic building blocks needed to improve fireground efficiency in any engine company, regardless of staffing numbers. It will review the overall strategy to achieve this objective, give a thorough explanation of why, and deliver specific fireground proven techniques to achieve maximum potential in the following engine company disciplines: hose lines, nozzles, methods of extinguishment, simplified hydraulics, forcible entry, and ladders.
