Leading multiple generations can be difficult if you don’t understand what they value and how to connect with them. This fun, informative presentation covers inter-generations and what leaders can do to connect, inspire and improve teamwork. Topics discussed include: identifying generational differences, creating cohesive work environments, eliminating the barriers, and just getting to know each generation as the people they are.
