Associational leadership is perhaps in the midst of the most rapid period of change in history. Member engagement, competition and generational transitions effect almost every association. Working in the center of this dissonance can be distressing and difficult. Using adaptive leadership strategies, together we will identify some of the significant currents of these challenges. We will explore strategies to help navigate through the white waters of change.
