Creating an Emotional Journey to Personalize the Event and Exhibitions Experience (Room Level 2 - 210)

Increasingly show organizers and exhibitors are looking outside the event industry for inspiration to create an emotional journey that taps into participants’ heartstrings and builds lasting memories. This session will explore how to create value and purpose during events. Key concepts that will be discussed include mindfulness, curiosity, intuition and multisensory activities. Discussion will also include new approaches to traditional conferences such as Dreamforce and Dwell on Design, as well as festivals such as SXSW, C2 Montreal and Burning Man.
