In 2007, smart phones and game controllers ushered in a new era for MEMS. As with many CE devices, wearables, and now the Internet of Everything/Things (IoE/T), sensors are experiencing further growth. But what about those sensor companies playing in the high volume ‘commodity’ markets? How can companies continue to reinvest in sensor product development and innovate while operating on wafer-thin profits? These questions and many others will be explored, and solutions will be discussed during this session.
