Shampoos are the very foundation of our pet grooming service, yet we know very little about them and how they work.  This seminar fills in the knowledge gap with science-based facts and information.   You will learn the basics about surfactants and how they work in shampoos and the types of additives that are used in pet products.  You will gain an understanding of ingredients that will enhance your professional image and ability to discuss grooming products with your clients.  Known as “The Explainer”, Barbara Bird has the ability to share her technical knowledge of product chemistry in an understandable and very entertaining manner.
