As the on-premise channel recovers, the hotel F&B business continues to outperform and deliver strong topline growth. However, the complexity of this segment, both from the various tiers of properties as well the numerous service areas, present on-going challenges to suppliers looking to further grow sales within lodging. Hotel operators are increasingly using their food and beverage program as a differentiator and are looking to suppliers for solutions to build best in class programs. This session will touch upon key themes and beverage trends impacting the lodging segment in 2016 and beyond, and will include a panel of leading lodging operators that will discuss ways to succeed in this segment.
