This session will focus on the management of complex wounds in the setting of fecal and urinary incontinence. The focus for the learner will be to identify creative techniques for containment, diversion and isolation of cross contamination to surrounding wounds and identify when surgical collaboration is necessary. The unique skills of the WOCN/ET nurse to support the multidisciplinary team and improve outcomes will be highlighted.
