Work and life can be challenging with the fast pace and ever changing landscape, especially in healthcare. Events happen that feel beyond our control, and demands for our time stretch us past our limits. How can we effectively deal with life’s challenges AND maintain productivity, a positive attitude and motivation? This program, based on the book The Power of T.E.D., introduces participants to the roles of the Dreaded Drama Triangle (DDT) to increase their self awareness. In addition, we introduce the anecdote to drama in the form of 3 vital questions to make shift happen.
