How should management respond to and lead through business and people change and the ambiguity it creates? This fast-paced workshop will help managers and leaders learn the significance of gaining employee performance commitment during times of change. The importance of sound business and strategic planning, shared vision, case for change, purpose, strong communications and role clarity will be discussed. Participants will be asked to apply learning to their current work situations and challenges.
