Despite aggressive local and regional efforts, recruitment often remains a challenge. For some agencies the recruitment of internationally trained RNs and therapists is a great option. Session participants will learn how to determine if international recruitment is a good option for their agency, select a good agency, interview and select the best candidates, and understand what resources should be used to acculturate and clinically onboard the candidates.
