| As the electrical construction industry becomes more complex, it is difficult to train an individual for all of the technologies and work that might be required for projects for which NECA contractors must complete to remain competitive. This program will discuss Core Curriculum, which is used to target apprentice training to meet local market needs for NECA contractors, and Hybrid Apprenticeship, which provides a pathway to provide meaningful training for organized workers who do not qualify as journey-level workers. |
