Tracks: Electronic Initiation Applications

Vibration data was collected from a signature hole blast at Rio Tinto’s Borax Mine as part of a Continuous Improvement Project (CIP).  The results of the MSW blast vibration model determined that the ground resonant frequency at Borax ranged between 9-12 Hz, and the ground supported frequencies between 20-30 Hz.
