This session will address the spectrum of global impacts of new technologies, with a particular focus on their implications for the intelligence, defense, and security communities.

What changes in law can we expect to see as the world embraces the common application of mini-micro UAVs, and 3-D printing in everyday life?
How will advances in computing, such as holographic computing, change the way we pose and solve problems, and what new problems may we be able to solve?
What new technologies will have the greatest impacts for the Intelligence, Defense and Security arenas?
