This session will explore ways to improve safety training, as well as best practices in delivering safety training and sustaining desired behaviors. You’ll learn why safety training fails, what “good” safety training looks like, how to ensure training is embedded in the organization, ways to sustain training, and common pitfalls and “watch-out for’s.”
