This presentation is a review of the INSHPO - OHS Practioner & Professional Capability Framework: A Global Framework for Practice, based on reviewed documentation from national professional associations & certifying bodies globally. We will present the papers identified key roles, knowledge, skills, & strengths. We will talk to the target groups - Professional associations - to inform their certification & assessment processes, Professionals - to act as a reference for practice & professional development, Educators – developing & reviewing OHS education programs, & Employers & recruiters – to assist in development of position descriptions, recruiting & even performance evaluations
