You may not be Bill Belichick or Vince Lombardi – but you've agreed to help the team. You may not be the head coach – but you know the work, understand the hazards and are committed to safety on and off the job. The 7 Safety Habits are for you! In Part 1 of the training program, we’ll build a foundation of understanding for each habit. We’ll explore the 7 habits using a team-based approach; in other words, we’ll build the “coaching staff.” Part 2 will address coaching skills using the C.O.A.C.H model. This model simplifies the coaching process, encourages employee-to-employee coaching within the workplace, and can be used on and off the job.
