Actively Caring for People (AC4P) principles can benefit any intervention designed to improve the human dynamics of safety. This research-based seminar will illustrate how to promote an AC4P culture and prevent occupational injuries, interpersonal conflict and bullying in industrial and educational settings. Participants will receive a copy of the 2017 textbook co-authored by Krista S. Geller, Ph.D. Through spirited lectures, interactive discussion and inspirational exercises, you’ll learn practical ways to increase the quantity and improve the quality of AC4P behavior in various settings, from the workplace to schools, homes and the community at large. Plus, you’ll learn how to use your guidebook to teach AC4P principles and practices to others.
