Safety Culture: More Than a Program or Priority (Room 233)

Programs come and go. Priorities change. How do we convince workers that safety is a “core” value of the organization? Safety must be moved off of the checklist and into the hearts and minds of individuals, each of whom is motivated by emotions. Safety culture changes when we reach employees at the heart level. In this session, we’ll discuss ideas for formulating a unique plan to bridge the largest gap in the universe: the 18 inches between the head and the heart.
