In this session, two seasoned safety professionals/attorneys will assist you in navigating OSHA compliance waters and related labor and employment issues. You’ll be able to distinguish OSHA policy from regulation and better understand how each affects potential compliance liabilities over the next four years. We’ll discuss how to strategically manage OSHA compliance, as well as related labor and employment law risks, while maintaining management support in a new regulatory environment.
