This interactive seminar will build on prior experience with Lean Six Sigma Management approaches to the medical practice. Our Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt training teaches you the essential strategies and tools necessary for process improvement and qualifies you as a Six Sigma professional who is skilled in the fundamentals of the Lean Six Sigma Methodology. These approaches are applicable to both the business and the clinical side of the practice. Those interested in further training will be to proceed to green, black, and master black belt programs.
