This session will take the participants through identification of the assets of the medical practice and the other enities related to the medical practice. We will discuss generational issues in today's environment that make providing an affordable buy-in and buy-out plan a challenge for groups. Mr. McCaslin will identify innovative approaches to facilitate the buy-in of new physicians while preserving the buy-out of the senior physicians. He will provide sample language, sample models and engage the audience in dialogue about their challenges and successes and failures with buy-in and buy-out succession planning.
