Strategic planning is critical in today's environment, and the process to approaching strategic planning is very important in order to have a successful plan. Attendees will walk through a well-organized process and approach so they will feel comfortable with strategic planning. We will address the planning with a "focal points" approach. Mr. McCaslin will demonstrate to attendees how to develop an action plan that will be used as a management tool throughout the year.
