Many local zoning and building code officials are now requiring builders to submit a specific plan for addressing stormwater runoff, impervious surfaces, and site dewatering methods.  This seminar will address the principles that affect the construction and post construction water management issues and will discuss remediation methods.

Session Objectives:
- Learn the sources and problems with external groundwater at the construction site
- Learn methods used to address drainage and runoff problems
- Learn how to prepare an excavation site when water is present
- Learn about ground water, pool shell buoyancy and frost heave
- Review case histories to learn why pool shells  'pop', and possible repair that can be made
