This presentation will approach disability fraud from the fraudster's perspective. From this view, attendees will walk through the thought process of identifying disability insurance benefits, why someone may be motivated to commit disability fraud and what schemes they may employ. Participants will then step into an investigative mindset to identify how to investigate disability fraud, what evidence may exist and who might be the suspects and witnesses.
