Is your team made up of franchise players and Lombardi Winners or 'Keepers of the Old Flame' and saboteurs? This is critical to know, both in times of organizational change as well to optimize existing operations. This session guides participants through a tool kit designed to help them look at organizational change, evaluate the members they have on their teams and determine if they have the right players to accomplish the intended change. Each participant will receive an annotated tool kit for identifying their roster of players.
