Like cooking in your own kitchen and starting from scratch, you will take functional ingredients and combine them with novel meats to create a semi-moist, chewy, healthy, portable snack. In 40 minutes, you will have a finished product in your hand that you can take with you, along with the knowledge you’ve gained about how functional proteins like gelatin can be incorporated into a pet food and treat application to produce clever, new and exciting products that will change the way we think about treats and supplements. In addition, you will learn about how gelatin works in a food application and connect with industry experts to answer those burning application questions.
