Jonathan has become well known for his thinning shear techniques. Believing that thinning shears are one of his most useful cutting tools, he executes entire haircuts on a variety of coat types using thinning shears alone.  In this live dog demonstration-style seminar he’ll share his use of the “scissor over comb” techniques that he has learned and developed into his own personal style.  He will also discuss the coat types and uses for the various types of thinners, blenders and chunkers designed for grooming.
