By identifying the common health issues and causes of burnout, we can learn to manage some of the significant physical and emotional stressors that operate to cut short our grooming careers. A veteran of 42 years behind the table, Barbara Bird will guide us to look at how to extend our professional life and how to maximize productive years. Some ways to direct your career in order to develop income away from the table will also be presented.
