After attending this session, participants will be able to 1) identify ‘critical to quality’ components of TQM; 2) design laboratory process flow following TQM and lean principles; 3) calculate defect per million opportunities to forecast effectiveness of six sigma; and 4) be prepared for inspection as per ISO 15189: 2012 guidelines.
