After this session, participants will be able to: 1) prepare their data for import into R via a CSV file; 2) describe R data types (vectors, matrices, dataframes, lists and factors); 3) clean, subset, and manipulate numerical and non-numerical data; 4) perform routine statistical tasks, such as calculating median, quantiles, t-tests, and Wilcoxon signed rank; 5) perform regression analysis in R (OLS, Deming, weighted regression, Passing Bablok regression, non-linear regression); and 6) produce publication quality figures in R in any desired file type.
