ASTA is excited to feature Adam Schwerner, Disneyland's Director of Horticulture and Resort Enhancement as the keynote speaker for this year’s General Session, entitled "Grow Something Magical." Over the years, Disney has become an innovator in areas such as agricultural science, horticulture and promoting child nutrition, making the company a key
customer for the seed industry. Following the opening Disney presentation, Don Goodwin, President of Golden Sun Marketing, who himself is a consultant for both Disney and several leading seed companies, will offer insights on the road ahead for the intersection of plant breeding and consumer trends. The session concludes with the ASTA Vegetable and Flower Seed Division’s latest updates for this important sector of ASTA membership.
