To be a change-driver in merchandising strategy, you have to start by recognizing that the way you are merchandising today may not fit your customers as well as you hoped. While relying on historical analysis and past experience is important, they take a long time to collect and only tell you what already happened - not what you can do to improve your site.  The way to truly innovate and drive optimal site merchandising is to understand, at a deep level, your visitors' language, how they behave on your website and the relationships between the products they view to drive merchandising optimization and make your consumers happy. Driving change isn't easy, but sitting in on this roundtable will give you the tools that you need to succeed.
