How to Increase Sales Using Simple Merchandising Techniques (Room Palm C)

This session will discuss and present innovative ways to bring out the best sales in your store through the latest in pet store design, specialty pet fixtures and unique merchandising techniques. Beyond the basics of dressing up fixtures to meet merchandising needs, Chris Miller will present how to integrate lighting into visual intent fixtures and store image. Miller will also cover the use of visual props and graphics to transform any store into an exciting retail environment, while paying for the remodel with increase sales. An analytical reveal will be offered of the store that purchased the Idea Pet Store at SuperZoo 2014, exploring how the displays were installed and the sales results that followed the remodel.
