Oversight of the Society's operating internal controls and financial reporting controls. Ensures the administrative staff has a comprehensive code of conduct covering business practices, accounting, and Human Resources. Ensures that a policy protecting whistle-blowers, and workable reporting channels for complaints, are in place.
