This presentation will review the best practices, current technologies, safety information and regulatory updates with regards to grain fumigations. The discussion will include phosphine, both aluminum phosphide and cylinderised phosphine and sulfuryl fluoride applications to grain. Commodity –specific Integrated Pest Management (IPM) PM strategies that will limit risk and prolong fumigation effects will also be explored, as well as the most recent phosphine regulatory changes that will impact all phosphine users.
