If you’re a supervisor at a grain facility, you need to know how to respond in case of a crisis, and this session – the second of two discussing crisis management -- will offer fundamental background about key training protocols. Notably, it will cover the Incident Command System, which helps foster smooth interaction with emergency responders, as well as full understanding of individual and team roles. The session will also address training for leadership regarding transportation, evacuation, bomb threat protocols, counselling, communication, documentation and sharing resources.
