Bid protests: What are the grounds for a protest? What items are waivable? Do bid packages include bid protest procedures? Can responding vendors publically address and individually contact the agency Board or Council? Can they contact a Superintendent or other Administrator? This session will include information and action plans on how to professionally manage the bid protest process from the front-bid documents, to the bid opening, initial notification through the award or rejection process. Come and learn what and what not to do.
