The panelists will discuss what can hinder the relationship, how to overcome setbacks, and how to achieve the goal of trusted business advisor.
Upon completion of this session, participants will be able to:
Become a trusted advisor to important members of the global construction industry.
Understand how to avoid common mistakes made by outside counsel and consultants in the client relationship.
Understand how to manage the business relationship during high pressure phases of the business relationship.
