Window & Door’s sister publication, Glass Magazine, has teamed up with experts from Beacon Exit Planning LLC to develop a multi-part guide to managing succession and successfully exiting a business. The exit process is fraught with road blocks, and fewer than 30 percent of businesses will actually succeed in transferring ownership to employees, managers or family members. Session attendees will learn about the primary hurdles in succession and exit planning, and will receive guidance on how to begin the succession and exit process.
