John Fischer of MassDEP will review materials management capacity trends in Massachusetts and discuss what this means for Massachusetts Solid Waste Master Plan. Mr. Fischer also will review MassDEP’s process and schedule for developing the state’s 2030 Solid Waste Master Plan and will highlight key issues and topics regarding that plan.
