In this session, you will learn how the DeForest Area School District is transforming its learning culture using a systemwide process for collaborative, data-driven improvement at all levels of the organization. Their central office leaders, principals and teacher-leader teams are redefining roles, structures and processes as guided by the district’s strategic vision and plan to achieve better learning outcomes for all students. Through the application of a consistent and aligned improvement process, the district is gaining clarity around its strategic priorities and focusing its actions on goals at all levels.
