The elements of a 21st-century school district include digital and technological equity, access to college, career skill-building, and citizenship preparation.  It is critical that students be able to compete on a global level and be active, engaged citizens of our communities. Hear from a former California Superintendent Darryl Adams about the human elements that are necessary to make that happen for every child, including trust, love, and true collaboration of students, parents, teachers, and school leaders. In order to close the economic, cultural, and digital divide, educational leaders must empower the community to work together and embrace technology.
