Panelists from Arizona Public Service, National Grid, and Energy Hub will discuss two innovative approaches to behind-the-meter residential storage programs. APS’s Storage Rewards program relies on a direct install model, while National Grid’s Connected Solutions program promotes a BYO approach. The panelists will discuss why they chose each delivery model, the benefits they’ve seen over the course of their programs, the challenges they’ve had to overcome (or maybe haven’t yet overcome), the different roles DERMS play in each delivery model, and the massive potential of each program.
