Learn how effective communication is critical to presenting safety-related information in legal proceedings. In this session, a panel of three experts – an attorney who represents employers in safety-related litigation, a vice president of an international consulting firm who frequently serves as an expert witness, and the corporate manager for safety for The Home Depot – will discuss actual trials (a “war room” is where lawyers and witnesses prepare before and during a trial) and provide practical examples.
