This session is designed for the professional who has assumed environmental responsibilities in their organization or just wants to achieve a better understanding of the federal environmental regulations such as the Clean Air Act; Clean Water Act; Resource Conservation and Recovery Act; Comprehensive Emergency Response and Compensation Liability Act and the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act. Attendees will gain a better understanding of the basic requirements of each regulation and how they apply in industry.
